SANITIZED between each stay!! The location is central and has access to most food delivery apps. UberEats, GrubHub, DoorDash and others. Both Publix and Walmart grocery delivery service the house and will bring the groceries directly to the front door for a fee. Your job is to relax and enjoy the sunshine near the pool.

The space
We are located on a quiet cul de sac. The private yard and in-ground pool will make your stay relaxing and memorable. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, WIFI, close to parks, shopping and eateries. 30 minutes to Busch Gardens Tampa. 40 minutes to Clearwater Beach! 20 minutes to Downtown Tampa. 1 hour to Universal Studios/ Walt Disney World.
Large Single family home with over 2500 sq ft. 4 beds 2.5 baths. Screened lanai, in-ground heated pool (pool heat is an additional fee) separate office with a printer and fully stocked library. WIFI (secure), Living room, dining room, family room, Stocked kitchen, Laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent is provided). There is a TV located in each bedroom and in the family room. Total of 5 TV’s and all are Roku smart TVs. There is also a DVD player.
All bedrooms are upstairs.
Pool heat —must be requested and prepaid in advance—
Day 1-7 Flat fee of 70.00
Days 8-14 an additional 70.00 and so on.
All reservations have the option to obtain a vacation property insurance policy for 59.00 OR pay a security deposit of 500.00 on your credit card at the time of booking.

Other things to note
Super Walmart, Publix and other stores less than 1.5 miles away. Many eateries, gyms, grocery stores etc.
For long term stays, I can arrange for housekeeping services to clean, do laundry, change linens etc at an additional fee basis. You would pay the housekeeper directly.
*****Owners have SEVERE ALLERGIES and no pets whatsoever are allowed on the premises (this does not include service animals) but an additional cleaning fee of 450.00 must be collected******

Amazing place and host this is our go to vacation house when we go to Florida. Our kids call it our red door house looking forward to next year vacation here. The house is always clean and the pool in amazing. Best Airbnb this part of Florida hands down.

The property was spacious and comfortable for all of my guest traveling. The home was clean and roomy for all of us. The amenities were great! We used the kitchen to cook on two mornings/nights- the only missing was a grill but we understand fire prevention may be the reason for not having a grill. The house didn’t have additional linens and/or towels so we did laundry daily!!! The owner was responsive and assisted very well with instructions to access the house during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay!Danielle
